As a Chiropractor, a Birth Educator and a mother with many years of experience serving women throughout their journeys of conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond - quite frankly I have had enough. Enough of the stories from women who "wish they knew better' and 'felt pressured' or 'too scared to say no". These women who were berated, bullied, cut and humiliated, despite knowing in their heart of hearts that they were fine and that their baby was fine too. I am not talking about the real emergencies - I am talking about the real women who suffered at the hands of 'the system' because of highly qualified people being poorly educated on what birth really is and how powerful women really are. I am sick - like sick to the stomach - of women not having access to birth keepers who believe in them and who bully them in to inductions, caesareans, episiotomies and invasive procedures simply to speed things up or keep their insurance company happy. I am sick of these same people telling women not to complain or demand better because 'at least your baby is healthy' - and so these women quietly suffer: trauma; PTSD; post natal depression; breastfeeding dramas; sexual dysfunction; relationship strain; fear of childbirth... and the list goes on.

IT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Women deserve more. Their babies deserve more.

There is another way. A way that is kind, respectful and absolutely beautiful - like awe-inspiring, life changing, soul-shaking - kind of beautiful. I have been there, and I know it is available to every women, if only she knows that she has the choice. This is why I created Innate Birth, to connect women with their inner wisdom and give them back their power.

Innate Birth means trusting your inner wisdom, harnessing your feminine power and birthing with your baby, together as a synchronous and connected team just as you were perfectly designed to do. In short it means trust. So many of us have heard the stories like those above and maybe you too are outraged, or maybe you feel scared and have buried it deep down, either way reaching a point of trust to achieve your Innate Birth will be a process. 

I have created this online course to walk you through that process simply and in your own time. It is thorough and it is fun. This topic is incredible - maybe the most incredible in existence! It should be awe inspiring and entertaining, not embarrassing and scary - this is not middle school sex-ed. This is the how's, the how to's and everything in between with all of the raw unfiltered nitty gritty details you want to know. You can do it alone or with your birth partner or other supporters - a lot like birth - you get to chose. It is designed to give you back your power, arm you with the knowledge and practical tools that you need to allow yourself to simply trust.
